The owners space is a 1000 sq ft extension (built 2015) with main floor primary bedroom with 5 piece ensuite and walk-in closet, a large family room overlooking the vineyard and access to the private deck. The space also includes walkin pantry and main floor laundry (washer 2023) dryer (2026). The kitchen was designed for the B&B and/or a gathering place for house parties. 2 dishwashers, double wall oven and gas stovetop and plenty of space for plating dishes. The full basement is partially finished with a 4 pc bathroom and a bedroom with a gas fireplace.
